How Pythia Works
Pythia uses an iOS or Android app, an off-the-shelf earphone or headphone, cloud services, and a conversational user interface. Users verbally request a workflow to perform, then begin hearing instructions within 1 second when using 5G devices on 5G networks. Just follow the verbal instructions. Your workflows are typed or copy/pasted into the Pythia database and the free Pythia Performance app is installed on an iOS or Android device. Workers use off-the shelf Bluetooth earphones or headphones to verbally request a workflow they need to perform. Pythia plays and reports the completion time for each step of the process. Upon finishing each process, workers are asked to optionally provide continuous improvement feedback. All performance interval data and feedback are saved and immediately reportable.
Reports are democratized, anonymized, and color-coded to instantly reveal continuous improvement opportunities across the organization and down to individual user and process step detail. Managers and individual contributors uses the reports daily to continuously improve performance across their units.
Pythia Wake Phrase and Commands
These are the only commands Pythia users need to know: 1) Wake phrase = "Hey Coach", 2) "Next" - Continue to the next step,, 3) "Repeat" - Repeats the current step, 4) "Previous" - Repeats the prior step, 5) "Quit" - Quits the current process, and 6) "Feedback" - Enables workers to provide continuous improvement feedback.
Pythia Analytics
Use Pythia's powerful analytics to reveal equipment, policy, compensation, and other continuous improvement opportunities across organizations right down to individual worker and workflow step detail. (Click the Down Arrow to Expand)
Key reports include the Feedback Report, which includes all feedback provided by Pythia users and the Mean Performance Report. Reports are democratized, anonymized, and available to all users. Democratizing reports empowers workers to identify their specific performance improvement opportunities, then solicit support.
Mean Performance Report (MPR)
Pythia's MPR is uses the valid, unbiased, reliable performance interval data it collects to reveal continuous improvement opportunities across the organization and down to individual performer and process step detail. After each query it:
Automatically calculates a mean performance interval for queried datasets, then color codes and displays each performance event across 6 standard deviations
Green items indicate the step was performed within the mean
Gold items indicate performance was just above and below the mean, which includes best practices and coachable performance
Red items indicate performance outliers
Business leaders, managers, and front-line workers use the Mean Performance Report to bring performance into the mean range whether that means coaching workers at workflow step detail, adding staff or equipment, changing workflows, find best practices, and to test or calculate the return on investment for any performance improvement initiative.

Pythia FAQ
Here are the questions most frequently asked about the Pythia Verbal Workflow Management system:

How much setup does Pythia require?
A: Pythia only requires a user account and process records. Setting up a user account is as simple and quick as setting up any online account, first name, last name, email address, and other basic information is entered into a web form. A process is as simple as adding text to a database text field. Text can be added by copy/pasting existing text into database text fields, it can be typed in, or it can be entered using speech-to-text technology. The text can be entered by a client with a Pythia Admin account, by Adyton, or by an Adyton business partner. Users install the free Pythia Performance app via their mobile device's app store, then they're ready to go. Pythia can be set up and ready to use in less than 30 minutes.

How secure is Pythia?
A: It could be the most secure system you've ever used. Pythia was designed with security in mind from the beginning. A former CIA and NSA information security expert advised Pythia's design, reviewed it's operation, and routinely and randomly penetration tests the system for vulnerabilities. Other security features include, a) All common security features including passwords and permission have been implemented, b) A strict security policy that everyone accessing Pythia must agree to before being granted use, c) Pythia uses world class Google Cloud services and security. When using Pythia, all information is encrypted and decrypted on-the-fly and nothing is ever saved outside the cloud, d) Pythia can be used anywhere in the world or restricted to a single geo-location with a minimum radius of around 62 feet.
What hardware do I need?
A: Pythia does not require proprietary hardware. Pythia requires: 1) Off-the-shelf earphones/headphones, ideally with a boom microphone in louder environments, 2) An iOS or Android device, ideally a 5G device for faster request reponses, and 3) A WiFi or cellular network, ideally 5G. System administration is easier with a desktop or laptop computer, but is not necessary.
